Chuttalabbai (2016)

Fast-paced and fiery, this multi-layered romantic drama follows the fluctuating fortunes in the life of a fearless young man Babji (Aadi), who works as a loan recovery agent in Hyderabad. While on his way back to his native village, he happens to meet Kavya (Namitha Pramod) a beautiful young woman.

It so happens that Kavya is ACP Gautham Krishna's sister. Her family has received a marriage proposal for her, but she's not keen to marry so soon. Under constant pressure to get married, she decides to run away from home and receives timely assistance from Babji, who comes to her rescue without knowing anything about her family.

The ACP mistakenly assumes that Kavya and Babji are eloping together and decides to hunt them down at any cost. Chased by the police, Babji and Kavya run away into the forest and take shelter at Dora Babu's home in Aadi's village, where he introduces her to his family as his best friend. When things seem to be going just fine, Kavya's family attacks Babji and his family with the help of yet another gang. How will Babji and his family withstand this attack? Will the young lovers succeed in getting married?
