The patriarch Thampuran (Nedumudi Venu), who is keen on identifying the killers and bring them to justice, assigns the task of investigating the crime to two of his nephews.
Vivek Shankar (Jayaram), a soft-spoken and sincere police officer, slightly lacking in self-confidence, and Kishore (Indrajith). who is sharp-witted and a skilled detective must now team up to solve the case.
