Heera (1973)

Heera, lives in a small rural town and is the son of a Magistrate father and a housewife mother. Heera meets with Dhaniram's daughter Asha and falls in love with her. Both prepare to get married, but his fate gets turned upside down when he gets falsely implicated for the murder of Changu's daughter, is tried in court, found guilty and gets sentenced to be hanged. Heera, begs, pleads and cries his innocence but all his efforts fail in vain and his own father fails to believe in him. Heera escapes from prison and flees to the jungle where he decides to become a cold-hearted, ruthless dacoit. Heera sets about to prove his innocence by capturing the real criminals but will he surpass the manhunt launched for his capture.
