Best friends and street hustlers Black and Blue restart their lives on a clean slate when they open up a family restaurant. A new health inspector threatens to shut them down where they could lose everything. Young scam artists Fatboy and Spyda enter to save their day where a stolen shipment of the latest smartphones could get them out of their mess. They need to get to the shipment before the blood-thirsty criminals and the cops get to it.
