It's more than 5300 years ago in the Ötztal Alps. A Neolithic clan has settled near a creek. Their leader Kelab holds the responsibility of keeping the group's holy shrine Tineka. While Kelab is off hunting, the settlement is attacked. The members of the tribe are brutally murdered, among them Kelab's wife and son. The shrine Tineka is also gone. Only one newborn baby survives the attack. Blinded by pain and fury, a vengeful Kelab must now fight for the infant's survival and against the forces of nature in his pursuit of the murderers.
