Lal Americayil (1989)

Set against the luxurious backdrop of the United States of America, this evocative family drama delves into the struggles of a family whose young son is lost. Despite having great wealth, the father remains depressed as he and the police are unable to identify and locate his sole heir. Then, when he dies under mysterious circumstances, he leaves a will, with specific instructions for the executors to identify his son according to certain characteristics and ensure that all his wealth and property is transferred to him. Just as the executors seemingly locate the young man, another enigmatic young man arrives from India claiming to be the rightful heir.
