Mera Yaar Mera Dushman (1969)

An industrialist Jagmohan has a son and three daughters- Ashok, Anita and Roopa. Jagmohan has a partner Raj narain whose son Shakthi wants to marry Anita. During a trip Anita and Vinod, who is the brother of Dinesh (Dinesh works for Jagmohan), bond and fall in love iwth each other much to the anger of Shakthi, who plans his revenge on Vinod. During this time Raj narain asks his son Shakthi to take over the factory work and here the laborer's demand increase in wage and protest. When the protest happens things go wrong between Vinod and Shakthi where Ashok is also involved and Dinesh ends up dead by a gun shot .Now Vinod is set to take down Ashok whom he mistakes to have killed his brother and the battle becomes even more worse. Will Vinod understand that it wasn't Ashok's fault? Will Anita be able to marry Vinod and what will happen to the Company protest??
