Nai Roshni (1941)

Mohan has worked for the same bank for 25 years and he is now 45 years old with the same salary of Rs. 60 per month. Mohan is pressurized at home to ask for an increment. Mohan fails to inform his boss, Bihari for his increment. Bihari on the other hand cheats on his wife Indira which spites her to do the same to him, by placing an ad in the newspaper for a music teacher. Madan, the son of Masterji answers this ad and works as a teacher without knowing the intent behind Indira's appointment of him. Indira continues to admire Madan adn he mistakes her interest towards him for attraction and a love triangle starts. Mohan, Masterji and Panditji buy a lottery ticket and believe they got cheated , march towards the bank for an explanation. Mohan musters the guts to ask Bihari, but this turns into a hilarious situation when the lottery ticket was mistaken, and Mohan gets fired. Geeta, Mohans daughter loves Madan and due to his indifference towards her, becomes depressed. Indira succeeds in getting her husband jealous but doesn't reveal her marital status. What happens when the truth comes out and Madan's love gets destroyed?? Will Mohan get his job back??
