The film presents the story of a small river in India-Pabbar. It has flown through centuries, been home to life and livelihood for many, and is now being dammed as part of a hydro-power project. It explores the large to minuscule impact of the dam and probes if this unnecessary 'concrete' destruction is worth it. It also examines some alternate and eco-friendly sources of energy that cater to basic needs. Using the river Pabbar as a window, this film tries to tell the story of all the rivers that are being dammed without any real rhyme or reason, in the garb of generating electricity.
