Passionate and socially relevant, this documentary delves into the revolution in women's education among Muslims, a cause which was passionately upheld by Shaikh Abdulla. It was this young student from Kashmir who had supported the resolution for women's education in the Muslim Educational Conference along with Sir Syed and Khwaja Ghulam-us-Saqlain. Young Shaikh Abdulla, after his graduation in law, had decided to set up practice in Aligarh. He along with his wife actively campaigned for women's education. Shaikh Abdulla established Aligarh Girls' School, which gradually developed into a college as Wahedia Hostel for girls. Through his great work, Shaikh Abdulla endeared himself with people. Thousands of girls affectionately called him Papa Miyan while Mrs. Abdulla was Aalabi to them. The inspiring documentary includes interviews with Mrs. Abida Ahmad (wife of the then President of India), well-known writer Ismat Chugtai, etc.
