Poush Mela to Kenduli Mela (2011)

Filmmaker Satyajit Chakraborty flies home to West Bengal, India, to film the Baul mystics at the Poush mela and Kenduli mela festivals. He meets the free spirited Janak Das Baul at his Ashram who decides to tag along with him to the mela. While Chakraborty gets to stay in comfortable hotels the Baul performers sleep under the trees or in tents with no running water or food. It feels like the raw and rugged Bengal, India
