It took two whole years and Rs 65 crores for art director Sabu Cyril to create the fictional universe for Saaho which is inspired by Gotham and modelled on the city of Abu Dhabi.
Sabu Cyril and Sujeeth had hand-picked a team of 300 artists, including visual effects artistes and digital compositors, for the task of creating the Saaho universe. Sabu and his team had created the interiors of the neo-futurist architectural structures from scratch at Hyderabad.
'Saaho' is the first tri-lingual film for actor Arun Vijay.
Prabhas learnt Hindi and rendered his own lines for the Hindi version.
Filmed simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, this film marks Prabhas' Hindi debut.
