Sutradhaar (2013)

This cold and terrifying movie spans just 24 hours and explores the live events of a sadistic online dating game with a turnover of 2000 crores, involving players from 8 different countries, 6 individual pawns,1 winner and finally the single anonymous plotter of the conspiracy. 'Sutradhaar' begins at midnight with the kidnapping of 6 young boys and girls from exceedingly affluent families. On the following morning all six of them find themselves together in a room, while a voice interacts with them. It instructs them on the rules of a bizarre game, pitting them against one another, and clarifies that they will need to try to kill each other and the final survivor will be set free. The six youngsters are oblivious to the fact that they are mere pawns in an online betting game in which the players bet on the order of the children's death. In the real world, all hell breaks loose as people start watching the entire ordeal of them getting killed one by one online. The police department is on high alert and begins its investigations against time, as they need to find the children and save them before they are killed one at a time. The enraged and panicked public and media are demanding answers they have no clue of... How many of them are going to be saved? Where are these boys kept? Why is all this happening? Who is the mastermind behind this sadistic game? Who is the real "Sutradhaar?
